A new year, a new warehouse

As the year 2022 came to an end, so too did the construction of our dedicated dunnage warehouse. With everything now in place and all appropriate permits and approvals granted, all that remains is to start rolling in casks. Currently stored across Scotland at a number of different distilleries, the next major project will consist of coordinating their retrieval and bringing them all under our one roof, not just so that we can continue to monitor their maturation ourselves but also so that our customers can begin to sample each spirit, re-rack cask contents into new wood, and bottle their whiskies whenever they choose.
